Sony is threatening to sue any media outlets which publish emails leaked in the recent hack, but does Sony have the power to make the media stop?

Judge Andrew Napolitano said today on "Your World" that the company does not.

“As long as what the media publishes is of material interest to the public, it is fair game,” he said.

Napolitano explained, “The baseline here is freedom of speech. The baseline here is that the media is the eyes and ears of the public.”
