These are the brainchild of a California company that's known for making provocative costumes. 

The owner of BrandsonSale.com told an L.A. CBS station that the more provocative the costume, the better the sales end up.

Johnathon Weeks said the baby pot leaf and the baby cigarette are big sellers. The Ebola HazMat containment suit, however, is the most popular costume of this season, he said.

The "Outnumbered" panel weighed in this afternoon, with Andrea Tantaros arguing that companies make costumes like this to generate buzz, which then leads to more sales.
