On Wednesday’s “On The Record,” the mother of Benghazi victim and former Navy SEAL Glen Doherty sits down for an exclusive one-on-one with Greta Van Susteren.

Two years after her son’s death, Barbara Doherty is suing the CIA, State Department, and her son’s insurance company for denying death benefits to the family.

“I don’t feel that our family or any other family should have to suffer this indignity, and that’s what it is. They denied he bought insurance, now they’re saying the insurance because of this act won’t be paid, and so the pain you feel from losing your child is then brought forth again because now it’s disrespectful to treat a family – any family – that way,” Doherty told Van Susteren.

Don’t miss Doherty’s first national television interview Wednesday at 7p ET on “On The Record.”
