Lt. Col. Ralph Peters was on “The Kelly File” tonight, where he slammed the U.S. for launching a “phony air campaign” which was “paltry from the start.”
Tonight, ISIS is reportedly poised to capture Kobani in Syria. The terror group’s black flag was seen on camera flying above a building in Kobani.
Peters said that capturing Kobani is important symbolically and practically for ISIS because it extends the caliphate and secures a vast stretch of northeastern Syria. It’s also an important Kurdish city.

Peters said that Sen. John McCain is right, and there will be another massacre.
The Fox News military analyst blasted President Barack Obama for a “fraudulent, pretend effort” against ISIS.
“President Obama doesn’t act to prevent tragedy, he reacts to tragedy, [...] he mourns and does a little bit.”
