Paula Deen has been off the air for more than a year, but now, the culinary icon returns with the launch of the new Paula Deen Network.

She appeared on Fox and Friends this morning with her sons Jamie and Bobby, who are also celebrity chefs, to speak to Steve Doocy about the new 24-hour interactive online cooking network and to cook up a unique Paula Deen creation that's perfect for fall.

Deen - who has Type 2 diabetes - noted that her health has been really good, and she's extremely excited to invite viewers inside her family's home with the network.

"We're helping you save money, save time," Jamie explained. "We've got great tools for shopping. It's entertaining, it's fun. It's a look into our family's life in Savannah."

"It's fun and it's funny, but it's also going to be a really useful tool for people," Bobby added.
