Former Navy SEAL on How You Can Protect Your Family From a Terror Attack
What can you do protect yourself and your family against a terrorist attack on American soil?
Judge Jeanine Pirro discussed that Sunday night with former Navy SEAL Larry Yatch, who emphasized having a straightforward plan and making sure each member of your family knows what to do in an emergency.
"You don't want to be in a bad situation when you need skills you don't have. So learn," said Yatch, advising people to learn self-defense and about administering medical aid.
Yatch, the founder of Sealed Mindset, said families should think about having a "go bag" that contains water, including something to store it in and a way to filter it.
"Immediate" food, first aid supplies, and clothing should also be there.
Furthermore, he recommended having a "hard use" knife, inflatable mattresses, batteries and a "tactical" flashlight.
