Tonight on “Hannity,” Gov. Rick Perry warned that the southern border shouldn’t just concern Texans – it should matter to all Americans.

“They should be substantially concerned that the southern border of the United States and Mexico is potentially a place where radicalized terrorists could penetrate into the United States with intent to do harm to American citizens,” he said.

Perry said that it’s not a surprise that four people reportedly tried to cross the Texas border on Sept. 10.

He said it doesn’t seem that the federal government agrees that the border is as big a problem as many in the country think it is.

Of Mexico, the governor said, “If we’re gonna be good neighbors, then we ought to be able to have a civil, thoughtful conversation about how to address these issues, and they are failing in their securing of their southern border.”
