Sometimes politicians' attempts at using social media don't go so well. We saw an example yesterday when the Gov. of Delaware Jack Markell (D) attempted to tweet about a new education initiative.

But the following tweet mistakenly included a suggestive photo of a woman clad in black leather straps (above).

He quickly apologized and stated that it was simply an error.

And luckily for Markell, a tech savvy Twitter user was able to fully explain what happened.

The person pointed out that Markell had deleted the last character from the link he included, and by doing that, the link went to the wrong image.
