Lt. Col. Ralph Peters was on “Hannity” tonight, where he said it’s “shocking” that President Barack Obama had been briefed in detail on ISIS, yet reportedly asked no questions.

“This is a president with remarkably little curiosity about the world,” Peters said, blasting him as “clearly disengaged.”

Friend of James Foley, Steven Sotloff: ‘They Shouldn’t Be Forgotten’

“I’ve been whining, to put it honestly, that he won’t make a decision. But you know, I’m starting to feel like he can’t make a decision. We have a president who has a real psychological problem, that he can’t face responsibility – certainly not the responsibilities of his office. But again look at how he doesn’t even want to be in the Oval Office – he wants to be on the road, he wants to be at fundraisers. We may have a president who is just incapable of rising to the challenges of the office,” Peters said.

According to Peters, the world thinks American people have turned into cowards, which isn’t true. He said Obama has turned his back on the people who have elected him and on the world.
