Cell phone video captured the heroic actions of a Good Samaritan who jumped in to help a woman escape from a small plane crash in San Diego. A 78-year-old female passenger died in Wednesday's crash, while the pilot survived with serious injuries.

Officials said the pilot would have died if it hadn't been for Jeremy Dunkleberger racing over to the burning wreckage. He said he grabbed a fire extinguisher and told the pilot to hold her breath while he sprayed it on the seat that was burning right behind her.
