President Barack Obama today downplayed suggestions of heightened tensions between the U.S. and Russia, saying we are not in a new Cold War.

Rep. Mike Rogers, chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, was on “The Kelly File” tonight, where he said, “It’s awful chilly if it’s not cold.”
