The Council on American Islamic Relations has launched a massive letter-writing campaign, calling on Israel to end its military ground invasion in Gaza.

In a press release, the organization said in part: “The U.S. government must not remain silent about Israel’s unjust and disproportionate use of force against the Palestinians in Gaza because American taxpayers provide Israel with billions of dollars of aid each year, we have a right to demand that those funds not be used to take the lives of innocent civilians.”

Tonight on his show, Sean Hannity asked why CAIR is showing sympathy to a terrorist group. In a heated interview, he pressed Yousef Munayyer, from the Jerusalem Fund and Palestine Center, about Hamas.

During a fiery exchange, Hannity asked what would be a proportionate response for Israel after thousands of rockets were fired into the country.

He then asked the guest, “Is Hamas a terrorist organization? Yes or no?”

Munayyer responded, “Let me ask you a question.”

Hannity interjected, “No, you don’t answer a question with a question!  What part of this can’t you get through your thick head?  Is Hamas a terrorist organization?  Yes or no?”
