Bodies and wreckage are still being recovered from the Malaysia Airlines Flight MH17 crash site as tensions rise.

Steve Harrigan reported from the crash site today. He said that the crash site hasn’t yet been secured and that the process of recovering and identifying bodies is still far from over.

Local miners, he said, are trying to help find pieces of the plane, as well as body parts. Harrigan said bodies are being sent to morgues – some on the Ukrainian side, and some on the rebel side. Most remain unidentified.

European crash site experts from the OSCE looked around today and said evidence from crash site has already disappeared.
