The 2011 remake of the Charlton Heston classic made a half-billion dollars, and now the "Apes" are back again. In the Foxlight’s Michael Tammero gave us a preview of "Dawn of the Planet of the Apes" on Fox and Friends this morning, saying it's even better than "Rise of the Planet of the Apes" and one of the best movies of the year.

He likened this sequel to "The Empire Strikes Back," which followed the original "Star Wars."

Tammero caught up with the stars of the new summer blockbuster, Gary Oldman, Keri Russell and Jason Clarke.
