The House Oversight Committee has obtained emails that reveal former IRS official Lois Lerner cautioned employees about what they say through email.

In April 2013, Lerner wrote: "I was cautioning folks about email and how we have had several occasions where Congress has asked for emails and there has been an electronic search for responsive emails -- so we need to be cautious about what we say in emails.”

This revelation comes after the IRS claimed it lost Lerner’s emails from a two-year period.

Today on Your World, Judge Andrew Napolitano said that information surrounding this scandal warrants a criminal investigation.

He told Neil Cavuto that while Lerner's message isn’t out of the ordinary, when combined with other factors in this scandal, “it will tell a fair prosecutor there’s something to investigate.”
