Pregnant Wife of Marine Missing for More Than a Week
A frantic search is underway for a U.S. Marine’s pregnant wife, who has been missing for more than a week.
Erin Corwin, 19, vanished after leaving her California home. Her mother Lore Heavilin said she was on her way to Joshua Tree National Park to look for places where she and her mom could take photos. Heavilin was supposed to visit Corwin for her 20th birthday next week.
Authorities found Corwin’s car not far from her home the day after she was reported missing. They have not ruled out foul play.
Heavilin told Greta Van Susteren tonight that there have been no new updates in the case.
When asked if Corwin’s husband has been cooperative in the investigation, she said that he has been and that he loves Corwin.
“In his eyes, she has hung the moon and the stars,” she said.
Corwin has brown hair and blue eyes. She is 5 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs about 120 pounds. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call police.
