Ed Klein, author of the new book "Blood Feud," returned to Fox and Friends this morning to explain why he thinks President Obama may be getting ready to support Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) in 2016. If that happens, it would go against a reported deal between Obama and Bill Clinton, who is said to have endorsed the president in 2008 and 2012 on the assurance that Obama would support Hillary Clinton in 2016.

Klein says Obama's senior adviser Valerie Jarrett has been meeting with Warren for several weeks, including at the White House, and has urged the first-term senator to run for the Democratic nomination in 2016.

Klein says he believes the president wants a "mini me" who will continue with his policies and is wary that Clinton, if elected, would dismantle some of what he has accomplished.

Klein said his source is very close to Jarrett and the statements seem to be backed up by a new Wall Street Journal piece that says Clinton is beginning to distance herself from the president.

He said this is all part of a feud that goes back decades between liberals like Obama and centrist Democrats like the Clintons.
