Hopefully you didn't bust your bracket early on!

Over the past few weeks on Fox and Friends, Fox News legal analyst Peter Johnson Jr. has been updating the "Constitutional Madness" bracket. The bracket sought to find out which of the Obama administration scandals or controversies was the biggest in the eyes of Fox viewers.

This morning was the high-pressure championship round, where 81 percent of voters decided that "IRS vs The Tea Party" was the biggest violation, besting Operation Fast & Furious. The other two Final Four participants were "Abortion" and "Kill List."

"We're talking about 248 conservative groups targeted since 2010. Some of those groups waited over 1,100 days for their applications to be processed," said Johnson.
