Judge Nap Reacts to Ft. Hood Shooting: Soldiers Should Be Armed
U.S. Army Chief of Staff General Ray Odierno went to Capitol Hill to defend the military policy disallowing soldiers to carry concealed weapons on base.
Napolitano argued that while the military can't "weed out every crack pot," it can allow soldiers to be armed and protect themselves.
"This event at Fort Hood with Major Hasan four or five years ago, and this awful event last night, could have been diminished, the damage, the harm," said Napolitano.
