A “Special Report” panel tonight discussed the new ObamaCare enrollment numbers and President Barack Obama’s health care plug in the “Between Two Ferns” interview with Zach Galifianakis.

HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius said there were 943,000 February enrollments and that there has been 4.2 million total enrollments. She said 25 percent of people enrolled are young adults aged 18-34.

Charles Krauthammer said the enrollment numbers are low and skewed, and Obama keeps postponing huge elements of the law.

“I think he’s got a problem selling this,” Krauthammer said.

Of the Funny or Die video, National Review’s Jonah Goldberg said, “The media market is so fractured and spiraled out that you have to try to do these viral things.”

NPR’s Mara Liasson said that while the video referred a lot of Internet users to healthcare.gov, we don’t know how many people signed up for insurance.

Bret Baier pointed out that America still hasn’t seen the number of people who have actually paid their premiums.

“I can assure you, if the number were high, we would have heard it,” Krauthammer said.
