A jury of six women found George Zimmerman not guilty of all charges in the shooting death of 17-year-old Florida teen Trayvon Martin. Zimmerman was charged in the February 26, 2012 shooting that occurred in Sanford, Fla.

In a statement to the press delivered after the verdict came down, the prosecution team said they were "disappointed" but respected the jury's decision.

Defense attorney Mark O'Mara thanked the jury for taking the time to consider all of the available facts.
