A grand jury has indicted two students from Kazakhstan on obstruction of justice charges for helping suspect Dzhokar Tsarnaev hide evidence after Boston Marathon bombings.

The two 19-year-olds apparently decided to warn Tsarnaev in the days following the attack after learning that police were searching for him when they saw Tsarnaev's face on the news. If convicted, they could face up to 20 years behind bars.
