A storm capable of producing a tornado is now moving east through Oklahoma, according to the National Weather Service. In an advisory put out Thursday afternoon, residents were warned to take cover in underground shelter, or an interior room void of windows. Some of the cities and towns named in the warning include Pawnee, Blackburn and Skedee.
