Boy Gets Hit By Ball in Little League Game ... and Sues for $1M
Two Texas parents are suing their 12-year-old son's little league after he took a baseball to the face during a game and now suffers from headaches.
The lawsuit, filed for a whopping $1 million, claims that young pitcher Emmett Parson got hit by a line drive in the game that took place in Texas City, TX; it also claims that he suffered a concussion from the blow that came from a bat his parents say was of an aluminum that is illegal under league codes.
Does the family actually have a case ... and, should they have filed in the first place? Get Peter Johnson, Jr.'s take ... and let us know yours, as well!
