Guests of the Summer Bay Resort in Clermont, Fla. got way more than they paid for ... and not in the way vacationers hope. An enormous sinkhole opened up below some of the resort's two-bedroom villas, causing a partial collapse of the property, which the owner is calling a "total loss."

The resort is about 10 miles west of Walt Disney World. Guests inside the villas describe hearing cracking before seeing them growing along their walls, soon thereafter hearing glass shatter as the building fell into a sinkhole said to be 60 feet wide and 15 feet deep. Some people were even seen jumping out of windows to get to safety.
