Over four years after President Obama said in his first inaugural address that "transparency and rule of law will be the touchstones of this presidency," a trio of scandals in his administration is calling those claims into question.

Thursday night on 'Hannity,' Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) weighed in on the string of reports of wrongdoing and the president's response to them. "I would call it a misdirection campaign," said Paul. 

Paul compared the recent controversies to a nursery rhyme.

"We have sort of an Old MacDonald's farm of scandals - here a scandal, there a scandal, everywhere a scandal. So, we're not sure which scandal to even talk about."
