Emergency workers are continuing to search for survivors in northern Texas after at least five tornadoes hit, according to the National Weather Service. It's possible that as many as 10 twisters actually touched down. The worst hit town was the town of Granbury, TX, where house after house was wiped out by the powerful storm.

Meteorologists say that the funnel cloud that touched down in the town contained winds measuring up to 200 mph. At least six people are still unaccounted for in the aftermath, the sheriff says.
