Heartwarming new video came into the Fox and Friends studio this morning from one of our favorite people: 11-year-old Sarah Murnaghan. Following a double lung transplant in June, Sarah is now out of intensive care and is working on physical therapy. She recently saw her siblings and cousins for the first time since her operation.

This morning, we also got to hear her speak for the first time ... and she had a special message for Peter Johnson, Jr.

"Hi Peter," she said. "I'm doing really good. I can breathe, and today I walked all the way to the playroom."

Sarah, who suffers from cystic fibrosis, and her family successfully fought a rule that previously disqualified her from receiving adult lungs because of her age.

After watching the video, Johnson, Jr. said of Sarah, "She's a remarkable girl who changed policy in this country [...] We all love you, Sarah."
