Rep. Mike Kelly, the lawmaker who received cheers and applause after taking on "ousted" IRS head Steve Miller during a hearing on Capitol Hill on Friday, reacted on Your World to the contentious questioning.

Of the scandal, Kelly told Neil Cavuto, "This further divides the American people with their government. Who do they trust? Who do they have faith in?"

Kelly added that his constituents want to know why this heavy-hammer arm of the government are endowed with so much power and such little oversight.

"This is about intimidation ... not about tax revenue," he said. "Hopefully we'll have people rise and say look what happened to me ... I don't believe for one second, Neil, that [this is just] some rookies in Cincinnati..."
