On Monday's Fox and Friends, legal analyst Peter Johnson, Jr. took on some of the most-talked about political stories of the week, talking with Steve Doocy about deception and cover-up in Benghazi, as well as revelations that the IRS flagged groups like the Tea Party based on what most are calling differences in political beliefs.

Johnson called out a gap in reasoning, saying that while the U.S. government was "loathe to name [the Benghazi culprits] terrorists," they're "happy to say that the IRS knows who the real enemies of the state are."

"Unfortunately, a real culture of deception has been revealed," said Johnson. "It comes from the top ... it's a tone that's being set."
