Stuntman Mark Sutton held the gaze of the world when he parachuted into the opening ceremony of the 2012 Olympics in London dressed as James Bond. Today, friends and family are mourning his death after learning the 41-year-old daredevil was killed while wing-diving in Switzerland.

The crash reportedly took place after Sutton collided into a ridge near Martigny, close to the French border, during a three-day wing-diving event.
