Cleveland City Prosecutor Victor Perez announced that Ariel Castro, the man suspected of holding three women and a child captive for nearly a decade, will be charged with four counts of kidnapping and three counts of rape. Castro will be arraigned Thursday morning. Perez also said that both Onil and Pedro Castro, the suspect's brothers originally detained by police, will not be charged with any crimes, adding that no evidence was found "that these two individuals had any involvement."
