A verdict in the case of Pfc. Bradley Manning will be handed down by a judge on Tuesday at 1p ET at Fort Meade, Maryland. Manning pled guilty to a series of charges including 21 counts of espionage, fraud, and theft charges; the most serious charge, however, is aiding the enemy, which carries with it a potential life sentence.

Manning waived his right to have more than one judge decide his fate, so the decision rests in the hands of a sole judge.
