Well, so much for an honest day's work. In what is probably the last thing you'd want to believe is going on behind the closed doors of your bank, former Bank of America employees are revealing chilling details in a new lawsuit in which six workers say they were told to lie to struggling homeowners to push them into foreclosure. And for doing it, they were given cash bonuses and gift cards.

One staffer took the claims even further, saying that the company strung customers along in order to get more money out of them before seizing their homes.

Bank of America denies the claims.
