There is new fallout tonight after a photo of soldiers clowning around while surrounding an empty flag-draped casket.

Two members of the Wisconsin National Guard have been suspended after a guardsman posted the photo with the caption, “We put the fun in funeral.”

Retired U.S. Army Maj. Gen. Bob Scales went “On The Record” tonight to discuss the photo.

“You notice this was a group photo, it wasn’t an individual,” he said. “The bottom line is it’s all about leadership, Greta. It’s all about taking charge … when you’re in charge … and you have a bunch of soldiers clowning around a flag-draped casket, you stop it, and you send people home instead of sitting there and joining in this charade.”
