Rachel Frederickson shed 155 pounds and won the competition. The 24-year-old shocked the judges during the season finale’s big reveal. She went from 260 pounds to 105 and shed 60 percent of her body weight.

At a height of 5’4”, nutrition experts say she weighs less than what’s recommended for her height.

Critics took to Twitter to slam Frederickson for looking too skinny and being unhealthy.
