A report says that healthcare.gov can’t fix enrollment errors just yet.

The errors range from incorrectly charging people to denying them coverage. According to the report, 22,000 people have filed appeals to get enrollment errors fixed.

Judge Andrew Napolitano said that the government has asked people who have had problems to file an appeal. The Obama administration writes, hears and decides the grounds for the appeal.

“It’s basically the same people that messed up the computer situation to begin with,” he said.

“Is anybody surprised that the government that can’t deliver the mail can’t record accurately computer information about health care?” the judge asked.
