Conservative filmmaker and author Dinesh D'Souza was recently indicted for alleged campaign finance violations. But is he being unfairly targeted by the Obama administration due to the content of his successful film "2016: Obama's America?"

D'Souza discussed the allegations with Sean Hannity tonight, but made it clear that he was "undeterred," and said that he is determined to continue his work. "I'm marching full-speed ahead," said D'Souza.

When asked by Hannity if he felt that he was being targeted for prosecution because he's a conservative filmmaker, D'Souza said that he did believe that his film has gotten "under President Obama's skin."

"I, in a sense, went into Obama's world and also into Obama's mind," said D'Souza.

"We know the film rattled him. We know the film upset him," D'Souza said, "Whether this is a kind of payback remains to be seen."
