Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) said he was “kind of underwhelmed” by President Obama’s State of the Union address.

He said the president’s remarks that he would use executive action sound like a threat. He said he believes lawmakers and Obama can work together.

“I’ve told the president to his face at the White House, ‘I will work with you,’ Paul told Bret Baier.

“Republicans and Democrats probably agree on like two out of 10 issues,” he said. “Let’s work on the one or two out of 10.”
