Pope John Paul II's Blood Stolen
Pope John Paul II’s blood was stolen from a church in central Italy. Italian police say there’s a chance the thieves could use blood to “worship Satan.”
The vial containing the blood was being held in a relic. Only three relics reportedly contain the late pope’s blood. He died in 2005.
Investigators are leaning toward the satanic rituals theory because it would be difficult to sell and because other valuables were left behind.
