Rick Harrison, of “Pawn Stars,” joined Fox and Friends to discuss his correspondence with a young fan who has autism.

Harrison got a letter from a little boy with autism, asking him if he’d like to buy his Game Boy for $30. The boy’s mother mailed the letter along with a second letter in which she explained her son’s condition.

Harrison in turn sent the boy the money and wrote that he was buying the Game Boy, but donating it back to the kid for being such a loyal viewer.

Harrison, who had epilepsy as a child, is a spokesperson for the Epilepsy Foundation. He gives money to many small charities each month.
