A chef is mulling a policy banning babies from his restaurant after an 8-month-old cried through dinner.

Chef Grant Achatz tweeted about the baby and asked if he should ban babies from his Chicago restaurant, Alinea.

The diners’ babysitter had canceled at the last minute. The tasting menu, which costs about $210 per person, is paid for in advance, and tickets are non-refundable.

Attorneys Lisa Giovinazzo and Janell Weinstein discussed the idea of banning babies from restaurants with Neil Cavuto on Your World. Watch what they had to say about it above, and weigh in on the controversial topic in the comments!
