Actress Rita Moreno joined Fox and Friends this morning to discuss her career and to offer advice to young people today who are looking for work.

The 82-year-old actress, who is best known for her role in “West Side Story,” has won an Oscar, Emmy, Grammy and Tony.

This morning, Moreno gave advice to unemployed young Americans: Get an education.

"I think that the most important thing for young people is to educate themselves so that they can acquire a skill that will pay them enough money to buy the acting lessons or the clothes or the food," she said.

Moreno will be honored with a lifetime achievement award at the SAG Awards on Jan. 18.
