State troopers in Colorado say a 23-year-old man was high when he slammed into one of their police cars.

No one was hurt, but it marked the fifth time that a state patrol car was hit in the last month.

“The only explanation for this is stupidity at this point,” Sgt. Mike Baker said. “We cannot have stupid drivers crashing into our patrol cars.”

State troopers say they respect Colorado’s new marijuana laws but say that doesn’t mean people can drive while high.
