Heavy rains and melting ice caused major flooding in some areas. On Saturday night, dozens of residents in West Seneca, New York had to be rescued from their homes by rafts and bulldozers.

Near Raleigh, North Carolina, video above shows buildings under construction collapse into pieces. The storms also toppled trees and downed power lines.

Meteorologist Rick Reichmuth reported that the storms along the Eastern seaboard have passed, but flooding remains a concern. Watch the video for the full weather report.
