Target says its ongoing forensic investigation shows the holiday shopping data breach affected 70 million more customers than initially estimated.

Harris Faulkner provided the latest update on Happening Now, saying in addition to credit and debit card information, the hackers were able to get names as well as home and email addresses.

Attorneys general from several states, including New York, are working together on possible legal action against Target.

The company says it experienced lower sales than expected during the all-important holiday shopping season.
