Today on Your World, Judge Andrew Napolitano said the First and Fourth Amendments protect Americans from the government. Employers, on the other hand, can invade our privacy without violating the Constitution.

The judge said that if an employee doesn’t provide the information requested, the employer can punish them or simply not hire a potential employee.
