Judge Jeanine: How Did Secret Service Let Fake Interpreter Near the President?
In her Opening Statement Saturday night, Judge Jeanine Pirro took on signs of incompetence in the Obama White House after the shocking revelations about the man who faked sign language interpretations during Nelson Mandela's memorial service last week.
The man, identified as 34-year-old Thamsanqa Jantjie, was just steps away from President Obama and other world leaders.
He claimed that he had suffered a schizophrenic episode during the ceremony and began hallucinating.
It has since emerged that Jantjie has a violent past, including a decade-old murder charge and other criminal allegations.
"This would be hysterical if it weren't so deadly dangerous. What's up with the Secret Service? How do they not screen someone standing within inches of the President of the United States of America?" she asked.
