Man Charged With Hate Crime in 'Knockout Game' Attack
The “knockout game” attacks are being reported across the nation from New York City to San Diego. Also referred to as “polar bear hunting,” the attacker aims to knock out a person with one punch. Several deaths have already resulted from the attacks.
A Brooklyn, NY man has been charged with a hate crime for punching a Jewish man.
Reverend Al Sharpton condemned the attacks over the weekend. He said, “This kind of behavior is deplorable and must be condemned by all of us. […] If somebody was running around talking about knocking out blacks, we would not be silent.”
