A possible new scandal has surfaced involving the Clintons, and this time Hillary Clinton's brother, Anthony Rodham, is at the center of the allegations. The controversy focuses on Rodham and Alejandro Mayorkas, who was tapped by President Obama to take the second-highest position at the Dept. of Homeland Security.

Mayorkas is now under investigation for using his position as director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services to help Rodham's financing company obtain U.S. visas for Chinese businessmen after officials had previously denied the requests.

The investigation by the DHS Inspector General's Office started last fall, when Hillary Clinton was still serving as Secretary of State.

Today on America Live, Shannon Bream discussed the allegations with radio host Guy Benson, who detailed the very "complex" set of circumstances that also may extend to Terry McAuliffe, a longtime associate of the Clintons who is running for governor in Virginia.
